13-14 will race in the mornings, 11-12 in the afternoon, and qualifiers will return for finals in the evening

Welcome Coach Corey Dauw

We are excited to announce Corey Dauw is joining the MOST coaching staff!
Coach Corey’s 20 years of experience, love of the sport and emphasis on development make him a perfect fit for our team. He will bring his passion and expertise to the deck for each of our training groups.
During his tenure at Milford, Coach Corey served as Head Coach for 8 years and worked with everyone from novice swimmers to senior athletes and age group state champions.
Mariner 2 Registration

Registration is open for returning swimmers and placements from our summer tryouts. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a screening for the upcoming swim year please contact Coach Ben at ben@swimmost.com.
UPDATE: Academy 1 group (8-U) is now full. There is still room in Academy 2 (9-10) and the Exemplar groups (11-O).

Our meet schedule can also be found on the schedules page. Midseason meets (Little Elves, Mako) and all championships are included in team fees. Mark you calendars now!
Argo Filming

September Saturdays will be used for early season video analysis for all A2 and above swimmers. This state-of-the-art camera is an awesome tool and will be a huge benefit for our kids as we build our strokes and skills in the first phases of our season. Steady, smooth and stable video from both above and under the water makes that connection with stroke and skill corrections like nothing else!
